Today, a grey day with a chilling south easterly wind, was to have seen the final sailing of the MV Hebridean Isles on the island’s Winter Timetable. However, with the MV Hebrides still in Greenock at the James Watt dock for her annual service, the MV Hebridean Isles is scheduled to cover for the MV Hebrides on Friday. Hopefully the MV Hebrides will make an appearance at Tiree on Saturday before heading to Uig on Skye where she normally sails from on the Tarbert (Harris) and Lochmaddy (Uist) route. After that the MV Clansman and the MV Lord of the Isles should be taking over the Summer Timetable.
As usual a ‘mouse-over’ a slide provides the title and a ‘double-click’ initiates a slideshow of larger photographs.
